Guiding principle: core worship — anjali, pushpanjali, prasad — stays open to every attendee, regardless of giving level. The benefits below scale comfort, logistics, and reserved seating at cultural programs rather than participation in the puja itself.

Terms: the amounts shown are one-time gifts, payable in full at the time of pledge. Reserved seating and parking passes run for 3 years from the date of the gift, except where a card marks a benefit lifetime (Level IV priority parking; Level V valet parking and named spot). Naming-rights paperwork is drawn up and signed only once the associated gift has been paid in full.

Cap the scarce items

Reserved seats, parking passes, hall-rental slots, and greenroom access are all finite on the biggest puja days. Set an explicit cap per level now (e.g. max 15 Level I seat-pairs, a fixed number of Level III–V parking spots) so it's not a surprise the first time Durga Puja sells out.

Naming rights need paper

Paperwork is signed only after the gift is paid in full — no space is named against a pledge still outstanding. The agreement itself should still be short and specific: duration, and what happens if the space is later renovated, same as your pledge agreement template, reviewed by local counsel.
